This example shows a FEM analysis of a Circuit Breaker that is placed in a carbon fiber box. Induced eddy currents and the shielding effect are investigated.

To prevent effects of Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) we use MAGNETICS for NX/Simcenter to analyze for Electromagnetic-Compatibility (EMC). This can be done by frequency solutions or even in the time domain. That way we ensure an undisturbed functionality of different equipment items.
This example shows an L-shaped cable bearing alternating current. The cable runs near to a body sheet of a car. The goal is to analyze the current distribution on a sheet metal in frequency domain.
